On 19th November, 2013, customer from Saudi Arabia placed one order for our two cement silo filters(electrical vibration type). And these two filters have been delivered on 22nd November.
Cement silo filter is an important component of concrete plant which performs the function of dust-filter when the cement is conveyed and used aiming for environment protection. Besides the feature of high dust-filtering effect( the filtering effect can reach 99/9% and the dust discharge volume can be below 30mg/Nm3), the cement silo filters manufactured by our company still have another features as follows:
1.The applicability is high. The filters are fit for different cement silos with different volume. They are not only fit for small volume cement silos, such as 30T, 50T, etc., but also fit for large volume cement silos, such as 300T, 500T, etc..
2.The filtering area is large. It can reach 24m2.
The noise is little. When it works, the noise is below 90db which will not cause noise pollution.
3.The installation is easy. The filters can be fasten to the cement silo body by screws.
