Structure:
Concrete batching plant is composed of the main building structure, concrete mixer, screw conveyor, cement silo, aggregate batcher, belt conveyor, weighing system, air supply system, water supply system, electronic control system, dust collecting system and control room.
Working principle:
The aggregate is discharged into the weighing hopper from the discharging door of aggregate storage bin. Then the measured aggregate is discharged into the stay hopper upon the concrete mixer through flat belt first then oblique belt. At the same time, the cement and fly ash are conveyed into each weighing hopper by screw conveyor while water and admixture by water pump and admixture pump. All materials are sent to concrete mixer for mixing after the measurement. When the mixing process is done, the discharging door of concrete mixer could be opened to convey the concrete into cement delivery truck.
